The 2021 AIJA Congress will take place both in-person in Zurich – and for the first time, with a virtual option through a custom-made online platform. With this first ever hybrid Congress, AIJA aims to create an even stronger sense of community across its membership by providing easy access to networking and high-quality content.

AIJA is complying with local health and safety measures throughout the Annual Congress, 24-28 August 2021.
To ensure the success and safety of the onsite Congress in Zurich, please read below our top 5 must-know safety measures:
1- Carry a valid Swiss Covid Certificate or EU Digital Covid Certificate or a Covid Certificate of Recovery
2- For those without certificates or vaccines not acknowledged by the Swiss authorities or EU, a negative PCR/Antigen (valid for 72 hours) test is required. Antigen testing (valid for 48 hours) facility is made available at the hotel.
3- Access the Annual Congress each day by simply showing the Covid certificate QR Code, personal ID and AIJA badge.
4- Masks are required once you leave the AIJA event space and no mask will be required inside the AIJA Annual Congress sessions

The 59th International Young Lawyers Congress will take place both in person in Zurich or online. If you are unable to make it to Zurich, you can experience the Congress online in real-time.
